Customer Care Representative - (Not Remote)Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Customer Care Representative for a company in Superior, WI.
This is a full-time, in-person position with day shift hours.
The starting wage is $17/hour with exceptional room for growth.
The Customer Care Representative assists in the overall delivery of service and processes client appointments and online applications.
This includes:
Answering phonesScheduling appointmentsResponding to questions about program eligibilityProcessing on-demand online applicationsRedirecting potential clients to other contacts or office locations as necessary.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION Successful candidates will have 2
consecutive years experience working in an office setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Previous call center experience is a plus, not a must.
Excellent phone and computer acumen is needed, as is a high school diploma or GED.
