-A base salary, beginning $10.00-$12.00 per hour and is negotiable DOE
-All Full Time employees are eligible for health, life, dental, and vision after 90 days. Vacation, sick and holiday pay are also included in our benefits package.
-A generous commission structure on homes sold in the community
What you will be doing:
-Maintaining inventory to the highest standards for curb appeal and desirability to the customer
- Routinely walks property checking for problems and reports back to supervisors.
- Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
- Maintains working relationship with management.
- Painting common area
-Plumbing, replacing water pipes,
-Landscaping, Mowing, tree trimming, mulching, edging, planting, operating sprinkler system
-Trash pickup, cleaning common area
- Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
- High school diploma or equivalency Preferred .
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
- Strong outdoor plumbing and /or lift station and landscaping experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
-Ability to lift 50 - 100 pounds following appropriate safety procedures
-Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time
-Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain); Walk and climb stairs;
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
